I appreciate the willingness to expand into other product lines that they have demonstrated, but I have concerns about the fields that they have expanded into. As far as the marketing materials, which is my third part of my system, you should not only be told about the brochures, or the web interface that makes recruiting easier, you should be reminded about the importance of knowing how to market in general.
