The Ardyss Compensation Plan in Review

I am going to be honest, multilevel marketing compensation plans can sometimes be confusing and the Ardyss compensation plan is no different. It is not that the Ardyss plan is radically different from most MLM compensation plans, but all of these plans tend to be loaded with jargon which can be highly intimidating if you are new to the MLM industry.

Obviously the first portion of the Ardyss compensation plan, or any MLM compensation plan, is the profits that come from retail sales. Like any MLM, Ardyss distributors purchase their products from the parent company, in this case Ardyss, at wholesale price.

Ardyss recommends that their distributors use a suggested retail price that is 40% above wholesale cost, which is not a bad slice off of your sales. It stands to reason that if you wanted to focus on volume, and were not worried about upsetting your fellow distributors you could easily offer product at a 30% profit range in an attempt to boost volume at the expense of per unit profit.

Obviously boosting your sales volume is essential to working your way up the Ardyss Compensation Plan, but it is better to do this with solid marketing than it is by undercutting. Solid marketing skills will let you increase your sales volume without having to shrink your profit margin.

The Ardyss compensation plan awards promotions they same way that any MLM plan does, which is based on monthly wholesale orders for you and your network. Getting promoted will allow you to increase the number of people in your downline network that you can get commissions for, and that is obviously a good thing.

Since the commission you earn from your recruits is based on their wholesale orders, the more recruits, and the more productive they are, the more you earn and the faster you get promoted. The higher you are promoted, the more members in your downline will be generating commissions for you, and that is obviously a good thing.

On top of these relatively normal provisions, the Ardyss compensation plan also includes a number of bonuses. You are eligible for bonuses for recruiting new distributors, for the orders made by your recruits, and meeting certain sales goals on the group and personal level.
