Anyone who posts videos or pictures that may be illegally pirated unknown to the user would be held accountable. This concerns the marketing industry as well. If a social media agency were to use photos and post them on a business’ site then the social media agency and business could face penalties.

A social media agency that uses social media sites may lose business and revenue. Without the total use of the internet a social media agency will be powerless. The usage of the internet is the reason why social media is vital to marketing. The internet should not fall victim to the government’s mistakes.

What is the big deal? Pirating videos and music is bad I don’t know why social media sites have anything to worry about in relation to this at all.
