With each new experience, knowledge is gained on how to more effectively build the business. A rep certainly gains from his mistakes and victories.

One’s income in Network Marketing is directly proportional to one’s personal growth as a leader. Mindset = M. A long term successful distributor learns to study material over time to feed one’s mind with positive, useful, results driven information. By doing so, a rep literally attracts success!

N = Network. As we focus on S, K, and M…our network will grow. When we master a new marketing Skill, we increase the number of leads we generate and our Knowledge in that area grows. As we increase our Knowledge, we increase our confidence. As we increase our confidence, our Mindset improves. Then, our network continues to grow. As our network grows, so do our leadership skills. As our leadership skills grow, we are able to better teach our teams how to duplicate our success. It’s a self-fulfilling chain of events that take time, effort, and persistent to implement.
