The best clients are the busy customers. Why? Simply because they’re the ones with successful businesses, so they have enough cash to pay you. They’re also the types who are busy enough that they truly need you. And they’re the types who are most likely to have ongoing work for you.

They’re also the ones who are the simplest to maintain because you know exactly what you have to do to keep them. It is easy – just make their life simpler and save them as a lot time as feasible and they’ll come back.

It may seem like a simple point, but it will make a big difference to customers. I know simply because I’ve spoken to hundreds of customers and have constantly been told how busy they are.

Remember that if customers seem rushed, they most likely are. If clients appear stressed, they probably are. Don’t believe of it like a bad thing – believe of it like a great opportunity.
