It is advisable to go through an agency with experience in the field the business is involved in. It is also essential that the agency is up to speed with the latest rules and regulations and that they are honest and upfront about margins and contract rates.
Every agency has a database of contractors at its disposal, as well as the knowledge required to get the right person for the job. The hirer doesn’t have this advantage and could find it difficult knowing where to look. The agency would never pass on a contractor without first performing the necessary checks.
